Connecting every family to the internet
More than 42 million Americans lack broadband. Among them are students in immediate need of Internet before school starts, older adults eager to connect with loved ones, and individuals with disabilities and medical difficulties attempting to access telehealth services.
NOLO is a nonprofit that is closing the digital divide. We provide WiFi hotspots to families in need, pay internet bills for low-income families, and set up ‘NOLO Zones’ in urban areas for people to connect to the internet.
NOW is the time to act. The school year is nearing, jobs are reopening, and telehealth appointments are on the books.
YOU can close the digital divide so that:
NO student starts the year without internet access
NO senior feels socially isolated
NO one misses a telehealth appointment
